Five For Fighting & String Quartet Bend Concert reviews
"I thought Five For Fighting & String Quartet's previous material was hilarious, which is why I purchased the tickets. I don't necessarily dislike crude comedy. However, at this show, it felt like he was just rambling. Normally, I find some parts of his material to be hilarious! But after this show, I couldn't pinpoint anything that stood out. It just wasn't funny. Some claim that this time he attempted "smart comedy," but as someone with a masters degree, I can confidently say it wasn't "smart" comedy; it simply fell flat. Perhaps he was under the influence of drugs or the recent Oakland arrest had a significant impact on him. I attended his performance in Fresno the day after the arrest and left feeling extremely disappointed. Many others also left midway through his show."
